Priority will be given to the parcel owners based on the tenancy agreement. External user rate will be applied to any additional parking bay requested based on available bay.

SEASON APPLICATIONS (Corporate account)

Based on SOP under season parking application procedure, upon receiving and completion of season parking application form from the tenant, SPSB (who) will issue invoice of deposit to the tenant within 7 working days and payment have to be made before SPSB can release the season card.

SEASON APPLICATIONS (Personal Month to Month account)

Based on SOP under season parking application procedure, upon receiving and completion of season parking application form from the applicants, SPSB (who) will issue invoice of deposit to the applicants within 7 working days and payment have to be made before SPSB can release the season card.

PERSONAL MONTH TO MONTH

Means use under the terms and conditions of surrender if requested by SPSB, SPSB will provide agreement letter and be signed when user is requesting to add parking.

PARKING ALLOCATION

Parking allocations are number of bays allocated based on the tenancy agreement.

Allocation = 1 card for 1st 1,000 sqft (i.e. can get 2 cards for each units) For the 3rd and subsequent parking cards(s) applied it will be as a Temporary Month to Month Basis Parking Card i.e. RM300.00 per month, depends on its availability. 1 month notice of termination will be issued by the parking management on the same (if necessary).
