Enforcement Of No Smoking Cigarette / e-Cigarette

Q Sentral Management has enforced strict No Smoking / e-Ciggarette within the building, aligned with the Green Building Index guidelines. Since its enforcement, many offenders have been penalized by the Management for smoking cigarette/e-cigarette within the building, under the Non-Compliance to Bylaw rules.

The Management has installed many ‘NO SMOKING/E-CIGARETTE’ signages in common areas such as Sky Garden, driveways, and staircase. Additionally, regular patrolling by security personnel helps to deter and monitor smoking activity. This approach ensures consistent enforcement and discourages potential offenders.
